Being an immigrant to Canada and new to the laws and judicial system, I knew I had to hire a lawyer for settling family matters and dissolution of my marriage. I was referred to Dayna from Quantz Law by my EAP. I still remember the introduction email I had sent her explaining my situation and mentioning her about my intention of joint custody of my son and amicable resolution with my former husband (ex now). I wasn't expecting a reply for a few days and I was surprised to see when Dayna responded in less than hour from my original email.Not only was her response professional and timely, she was also very prompt in giving me ALL possible legally appropriate outcomes per my situation. I was apprehensive about the entire process on just emails and suggested to meet her in person. She is so detail oriented in her work that I still remember when I asked her for availability, she came back with four possible options in the week and then she also mentioned her next week availability in case none of those earlier four options worked. That is how thorough and detail oriented her approach always has been.We sat down for the initial introduction meeting and I knew she is the one who could represent me. I was never disappointed. For the entire year that I was represented by her, not even once, I doubted my choice in her. She and her team are extremely professional, timely and efficient. She always kept me updated with my file and the progress without my having the need to email her or ask her for updates. She was always patient in explaining me what the legal terms meant and how it affected my future course of actions and such. She made sure I was understanding everything in layman language rather than using jargon or directing me to google explanations.She made sure the process is as amicable as possible while keeping my interest in the fore front.
